Being an IT ian , I am afraid most of my views are
on I.T only , I am quite sure most of us would agree
that the .Net Track is a better application development platform than the J2EE track .Since it
is easy to deploy and also results are faster.

    I Dream Therefore I Dare

At A time , when many of my fellow country men and women , yearn to go abroad and make it big , I choose to stay back , Why So ? Many Ask.

I Dream to take India to the pinnacles of glory
in the I.T Scenario , so that tommorrow others
may show the same zeal to visit India , and in doing so set a trend in for my generation and
    many others to follow.

I Dream To Take India on to higher heights in I.T,
    therefore I Dare.

    Regards,
    Ramakrishna

    Trainers vs Developers

This is the same situation as in who came first "The Hen or the Egg" , In Today's scenario
when I.T Software field has become a synonymn for
developers , it is a crying need of the hour to
understand the need for good Trainers . With No intent to undo the prestige of a developer in the
current I.T Scenario , One needs to understand that
without good Trainers to groom developers , there would be none of the later in the industry .

While A developer codes for himself , A Trainer
has to ensure the same skillset should go across
    n pupils.

To summarise I would like to say that A developer is like a fighter jet pilot , who goes down all alone if the jet goes down , while a trainer is like
a commercial pilot , on whom lives of n people depend.

    Looking forward to some responses.
